Hi, I’m Dr. Seyi Adeyinka (pronounced Shay-ee Ah-deh-YIN-kah).
I’m a board-certified psychiatrist trained at NYU and Yale.

I work with adults who appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected on the inside. Many of my patients are professionals in tech, law, medicine, academia, finance, and the creative fields, as well as people of color and LGBTQ+ individuals carrying cultural, relational, or identity-based stress.

My goal is simple: to help you feel more grounded, more regulated, and more like yourself.

I’m happy to schedule a complimentary 15-minute call so we can explore your needs, answer your questions, and see if we’re a good match.

Care at Bloom

  • Psychiatry at Bloom blends thoughtful medication management with psychotherapy and lifestyle medicine. Rather than separating therapy and medication into different providers, our sessions integrate these elements to support meaningful and sustainable change.

    Initial evaluation: 60 minutes
    Follow-up visits: 30 minutes

  • Our sessions incorporate psychodynamic insight, mindfulness, and attachment-informed approaches to help you understand recurring emotional patterns and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

Therapeutic work unfolds over time through an ongoing relationship built on curiosity, reflection, and trust.

    Integrated into 30-minute follow-up visits

  • Sleep optimization, nutrition for mood, breathwork, and nervous-system regulation plans. We pick evidence-backed tools that fit your schedule, not someone else’s ideal.

Built into med/therapy visits or stand-alone 45-min consults

  • Mental health is shaped by sleep, nervous-system regulation, nutrition, and daily rhythms.

Together we may explore practical strategies such as:

    • sleep optimization

    • nervous-system regulation

    • stress recovery

    • lifestyle changes that support medication and therapy

These elements are integrated into your regular visits.

  • Modern mental health care often separates therapy and medication into different providers. At Bloom, these elements are thoughtfully integrated.

    Each visit combines:

    • psychotherapy

    • medication management when appropriate

    • practical tools for nervous-system regulation and wellbeing

This approach allows us to focus on what matters most while building change gradually over time.
